Comb Works LLC (“Comb or “We”) is a Wyoming limited liability company. We are committed to
safeguarding your personal privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how We collect, use and handle your information
when you use our website (“Site”), or interact with us. It also explains how you may control certain uses of your
personal and business information. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and made part of our Terms of Use. The
terms used in the Terms of Use have the same meaning herein.
By continuing to use our Site, our App, and/or our Services, you expressly consent to our processing of your

address and how frequently you access our Site. We do not collect, use or transmit any biometric identifiers as defined
in the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act.

notes related to appointments and reminder texts; personal data disclosed by users’ clientele when booking
appointments online; and (e) the frequency of your usage or interaction with our Site including content accessed, time
you spent on the Site, search inquiries and other information relating to your use of the Site (collectively “Usage
Data”). Our website does use cookies.
In this way, We may automatically collect information such as your browser type, operating system,
computer type and carrier, internet service provider, and e-mail address.

time, including for any of the following purposes: (a) to provide scheduling and related services; (b) to allow users to
receive updates concerning the Services; (c) to improve our Site; and (d) as otherwise described herein.

personal information about our Site users, except as described herein. We do not share personal information with

of that site. We are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of third party sites.
4. How Long Do We Retain Your Information. For users of the Services, We generally retain your
information for a reasonable period of time to use the information as specified in this Privacy Policy. We can keep
information about you and your interactions with the Site for a period of time that is consistent with applicable law or
as We believe is reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law. In certain circumstances, We may anonymize
your personal data (so it is no longer associated with you) for analytical purposes, in which case We may use this
information indefinitely without further notice to you. This allows specific information to become anonymous, but it
allows us to keep the statistical data. This retention of data will allow us to maintain a level of information that helps
develop and improve our Services.
5. Children’s Personal Data. We do not knowing solicit or collect personal data from children below
the age 16. If We discover that We have accidently collected personal data from a child below 16, We will remove
the child’s personal data from our records as soon as reasonably possible.
6. Rights And Choices. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not access or use our Site
or interact with our Site.

may continue retaining use information even after a request for purposes of our legitimate interest, including

you have the right to submit a request to us at the designated address and receive the following information:
(a) the categories of information we disclosed to third parties for the third parties direct marketing
purposes during the preceding calendar year;

the functionality of our Site. If you choose to not allow a cookie on your computer, our Site may not work correctly.

ensure, and do not warrant or guarantee, that the information you transmit to Comb will remain secure, nor do we
guarantee that this information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered, destroyed or used in an unauthorized manner.
If we learn of a security breach, we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate
protective steps. We may also post a notice on the Site or legal right to receive a notice of a security breach in writing.
